Job Title	Senior Mechanical Design Supervisor
Description	Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Senior Mechanical Design Supervisor will be responsible for the Design Team and responsible for ensuring the output of the Design Department is of the highest professional standard. The position is also responsible for researching and implementing new equipment designs as put forth by the President and the Sales Department. Candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have their Professional Engineering Designation.
Education	· Mechanical Engineering Degree with Professional Engineering Designation
Experience	· 10- 15 years of experience of mechanical design experience in the mining and mineral processing industry · Excellent communication, time management and multitasking skills required · Intimate knowledge of Mineral Processing Equipment is a requirement · Must be proficient in 3D ACAD and/or Solid Works · Supervision and leadership experience is a requirement
