Job Title	Shop Department Foreman
Description	As Shop Department Foreman you must plan, organize and direct the operation of one of our departments in our manufacturing facility. Developing and implementing plans to efficiently use material, labour and equipment to meet production targets and deadlines. Create and execute production schedules as well as coordinate changes and maintenance schedules to equipment and maintenance requirements. Directing all department staff including daily responsibility of department personnel and other human resource issues. Being a critical part of our production team, leadership, communication and organizational skills are a must.
Education	· Journeyman Certificate an asset · Technician Certification an asset · AutoCAD training an asset · Supervisor and Human Resource education a must
Experience	· Minimum 5 years management experience in manufacturing · Reading and interpreting shop design drawings a must · Excellent communication and multitasking skills required · Intimate knowledge of Mining Equipment an asset
