Job Title	Steel Purchasing Agent
Description	Working with our purchasing team the steel purchasing agent must schedule purchasing of raw steel material, dealing with a variety of suppliers. Mineral processing equipment understanding an asset. Must be highly organized for planning and scheduling purchases while coordinating with all departments. Attention to detail is a necessary function of this position.
Education	· High School Diploma a must · Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma an asset.
Experience	· Minimum 5 years purchasing experience and reading bluprints and knowledge of steel fabrication a must · Proficient with Microsoft and scheduling software · Excellent communication and multitasking skills required. · Intimate knowledge of Mining Equipment an asset.
Job Details	· Part Time/Full-time.
Location	· Vernon, BC, Canada
