Once Westpro is contacted, our dedicated sales team will begin helping the customer find their process solution. Further, one of our process technology experts will discuss the customer’s specific application requirements. Westpro’s representatives are devoted to listening to the customer to build the most efficient process solution for their application. Next, Westpro’s team of skilled engineers will create a custom design geared precisely towards the customer’s requirements. Now that the equipment has a complete custom design, it is then manufactured in our Westpro facility by our highly trained manufacturing team. Not long after manufacturing, the equipment is built and ready to be shipped out worldwide to meet the customer’s quick delivery requirements. The equipment is then installed, commissioned, and all personnel are trained on-site by a Westpro representative. Finally, Westpro’s dedicated, multi-lingual team of customer service staff are always prepared to help keep Westpro’s mineral process technology delivering maximum efficiency.
