This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and collaborating with technical experts to deliver real solutions to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a <strong>remote <\/strong>position.<strong> <\/strong>We offer a <strong>competitive salary, commission structure, and comprehensive benefits.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a key member of our Sales Team, you\u2019ll work closely with Process Engineers, Proposal Engineers, and the Sales Manager to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop new business opportunities across the <strong>mining, aggregates, and wastewater<\/strong> industries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering firms, EPCs, and end users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Proposal Engineers and the Engineering &amp; Design Team to develop accurate, competitive, and timely quotations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze customer requirements and recommend optimal process and equipment solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity records in <strong>Salesforce<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent Westpro at industry conferences, tradeshows, and marketing events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel as required to support customer engagements and business development activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Occasional travel as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who is driven, organized, and confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 5 years of sales experience with capital equipment in mining or related industries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engineering degree required (Mining\/Mineral Processing, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and system applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to manage priorities independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PE designation considered an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with mineral processing equipment, mining, aggregates, or wastewater industries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Join Westpro?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work with a globally respected engineering and manufacturing company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sell proven, high-quality technology with a strong market reputation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative culture with direct access to engineering expertise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to grow your career in a technically advanced, international environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please email your resume and cover letter to:<br>\ud83d\udce7 <a href=\"mailto:HumanResources@WestproMachinery.com\">HumanResources@WestproMachinery.com<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join Our Sales Team at Westpro Machinery Build relationships.
