This project reflects Westpro\u2019s ability to provide large-scale, custom mineral processing equipment for demanding industrial operations.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system includes a 13 ft diameter \u00d7 18 ft high water heating tank, a mixing tank of equal dimensions, and a 14 ft diameter \u00d7 20 ft high holding tank, in addition to a bag breaker, pneumatic conveyor, wetting head, and dual-prop agitator for effective flocculant handling, dissolution, and polymer maturation. The mixing tank was built with a bridge-only configuration for direct platform interface, while a PLC- and HMI-controlled automation package enables efficient startup, shutdown, and continuous monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional project-specific features include pressure relief valves, flow meters, an extended bag breaker platform, bag breaker weigh scales for flocculant load monitoring, an inlet control valve skid, and a static mixer.
