Westpro was approached by the customer to design, manufacture and supply a complete modular 2-stage crushing plant for a new gold ore processing plant in Idaho.

One of the customer’s key concerns with the project was the limited space available for the crushing plant. Westpro overcame this by working closely with the customer in developing a customized plant layout to fit the space available. This was facilitated by the development of a 3D plant model.

DESIGN, SUPPLY AND MANUFACTURE A MODULAR FLOTATION PLANT TO FIT INTO AN EXISTING BASE METALS PROCESS PLANT

Westpro was approached by the customer to design and supply a complete turnkey modular zinc flotation system to be added to their existing base metals process plant in Spain. Westpro designed all aspects of the flotation plant from the process down to the design of the structural supports for the flotation cells.

All equipment was designed for easy assembly/disassembly and to fit into sea containers for transport. Westpro also provided on-site assistance to the customer for equipment installation and commissioning, which was completed without any issues.

Westpro was approached by the customer to design a complete gold/silver mineral processing plant and provide a firm proposal for a turnkey modular process equipment package.

Westpro’s experienced team of process and mechanical engineers completed the design of the plant based on the testwork and information provided from the customer. Regular meetings were held with the customer to optimize the design to the customer’s specifications, including the development of a layout to fit the pace available to the customer.
