We are looking for a full-time Capital Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and collaborating with technical experts to deliver real solutions to customers. This position can be based in Vancouver, BC. We offer a competitive salary, commission structure, and comprehensive benefits.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Sales Team, you’ll work closely with Process Engineers, Proposal Engineers, and the Salespeople to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and marketing support professionals.
- Pursue sales and business development of mineral processing equipment and systems into the mining, aggregate and wastewater industries.
- Meet your individual sales quota
- Collaborate with the Proposals Team, Engineering & Design Department and Mineral Processors Teams to ensure successful bid submissions.
- Successfully negotiate and close complex contracts and proposals.
- Drive global business development and marketing initiatives in capital sales, retrofits, spare parts and services.
- Develop and manage Goals & Objectives for the Sales Team that include: short- and long-term sales and marketing plans, sales forecasts and pricing strategies.
- Ensure the Sales Team meets the Goals & Objectives.
- Facilitate and maintain strong customer relationships and a high standard of service.
- Provide professional and courteous post sales customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction with equipment operation.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database using Salesforce.
- Participate in industry conferences, tradeshows and industry-related events.
- Travel is required.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is driven, organized, and confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with capital equipment in mining or related industries
- Engineering degree required (Mining/Mineral Processing, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred)
- Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and system applications
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to manage priorities independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
Nice to Have:
- P.Eng designation considered an asset
- Familiarity with mineral processing equipment, mining, aggregates, or wastewater industries

Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
Pay: CA$125,000.00 – CA$150,000.00 per year
