We are looking for a full-time Capital Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and collaborating with technical experts to deliver real solutions to customers. This position can be based in Vancouver, BC. We offer a competitive salary, commission structure, and comprehensive benefits.


What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Sales Team, you’ll work closely with Process Engineers, Proposal Engineers, and the Salespeople to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and marketing support professionals.
  • Pursue sales and business development of mineral processing equipment and systems into the mining, aggregate and wastewater industries.
  • Meet your individual sales quota
  • Collaborate with the Proposals Team, Engineering & Design Department and Mineral Processors Teams to ensure successful bid submissions.
  • Successfully negotiate and close complex contracts and proposals.
  • Drive global business development and marketing initiatives in capital sales, retrofits, spare parts and services.
  • Develop and manage Goals & Objectives for the Sales Team that include: short- and long-term sales and marketing plans, sales forecasts and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure the Sales Team meets the Goals & Objectives.
  • Facilitate and maintain strong customer relationships and a high standard of service.
  • Provide professional and courteous post sales customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction with equipment operation.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database using Salesforce.
  • Participate in industry conferences, tradeshows and industry-related events.
  • Travel is required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is driven, organized, and confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with capital equipment in mining or related industries
  • Engineering degree required (Mining/Mineral Processing, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred)
  • Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and system applications
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to manage priorities independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM

Nice to Have:

  • P.Eng designation considered an asset
  • Familiarity with mineral processing equipment, mining, aggregates, or wastewater industries

Work Location: In person

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)

Pay: CA$125,000.00 – CA$150,000.00 per year
