Vernon, Canada – November 21, 2025 — Westpro Machinery Inc., a global leader in mineral processing solutions, has completed the design phase for a custom-engineered, containerized pilot plant featuring an integrated flotation circuit, marking another step forward in advancing pilot-scale innovation for the critical minerals sector.

Developed as a proof-of-concept system for a critical minerals project in The United States, the containerized pilot plant is engineered to deliver accurate process determination across variable ore types, enabling operators to validate flowsheets, optimize circuit parameters, and de-risk full-scale plant design and valuation. The design employs a modular configuration that integrates crushing, grinding, flotation, and dewatering circuits within self-contained, containerized units. This approach ensures streamlined logistics, faster deployment, and simplified maintenance, while maintaining complete process control and data acquisition capabilities for pilot-scale testing.

By housing the process equipment within containerized modules, Westpro enables rapid mobilization to remote or developing project sites, providing mining companies with a scalable, cost-efficient platform to conduct metallurgical testing and process validation prior to full-scale investment.

Purpose-built for pilot-scale operation, the system enables operators to adjust flotation configurations, residence times, and cleaning stages, providing unparalleled flexibility to fine-tune recoveries and concentrate quality across a range of critical mineral ores.
